Garage door stuck halfway, wouldn’t open or close. We called Precision in late morning; by 3:00 Teddy arrived to fix it. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Finished the job in one hour and cleaned up completely. Teddy was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with Elliot's service. I had a broken spring, second time on a 20-year old door. He pointed out several additional things that were worn as a result of age. At no point did I feel as if he was pressuring me into anything. More importantly to me, he spent a lot of time talking with me and answering my questions, letting me come to my own conclusions. My Model opener is 2028. The opto wheel was bad. The Teck replace the wheel and the unit is know working as it should!! For anyone who has this model opener to me this looks like it may be a on going problem? The new park looks like the old part when it comes to thickness of the part? The old part was cracked. Precision is 5 star in my book!!

Gave me all the facts on all items that were in poor condition and went over all the costs of the choices. My Garage Door has never worked this well since we moved here and I thank them for the fast and professional service to repair my door. Highly Recommend Precision.
