I called Precision again based on my past experience. This time the spring in the other garage door broke after 20+ years. I called in the morning and Nick Z arrived as expected. He was very polite and professional. He completed the work quickly along with a tune-up of the door. Very happy with the service.

I have had Precision Door come to my house before. So I was familiar with the company. I was not disappointed on this call. Austin was on time and professional. He made the necessary inspections and determined what I kinda already knew that I needed a new door. We went through the options and I did not feel pressured one way or another. Austin was a great example of an outstanding employee. He protected my property and was professional through the entire process. I have ordered the garage door and necessary equipment and will have it installed in a week.

Elliot was very kind and very professional! He took a look at the garage door and found the problem easily. Then, because we rent, he stayed around and took the initiative to call the property management to figure out what they wanted to do about fixing it. He also helped me get my car out that was trapped in the garage. I really appreciated the extra help and his patience. Unfortunately my rental company uses a different garage door servicer so we weren’t able to use him for the repair itself, but I highly recommend him and his company and will be using them if I have future issues on a property of my own!

I have to say I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door! I called this morning at around 4:00am because I was unable to get my garage door to open up. I was stuck!! I was unable to go to work. The rep over the phone was extremely helpful and got me a same appointment. Scott D the repair technician came out to my home and fixed the problem without issues I even had him look everything over so would have no other issues. He did a fantastic job and I am now all set. I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.

I looked at the ratings and it was all 5 stars. I am recently widowed and trying to figure out how to take care of our home of 23 yrs. It seems this the year everything seems to start breaking. I called Precision and they had someone that was able to come out and help me within a 2 hour window, which was such a blessing to me. Austin showed up and was so kind and helpful. I trusted him and knew he wouldn’t try to over charge me just because I was a woman living alone. He fixed my door and the charge was acceptable.
