Andrew with Precision Overhead Door just came and replaced our garage door opener thing, springs and it is AMAZING! He was here same day and installed everything in less than an hour and a half. I highly recommend them if you have any garage door needs.

I literally grabbed the tech as he was working on our neighbors garage and had him come over and give me a quote for a new garage door opener. After inspecting the tech said I needed new springs and replacement wheels for the track. I said great when can you do it! And he said right now if you wish! A couple of hours later and he was finished. This is an amazing opener and the door is so quiet now it's unbelievable. Precision has a great reputation and I know the price was fair. The tech was so polite and professional it was nice to deal with someone who really knew what they were doing. What a great experience!

We had an old opener moved to our third car bay and a new belt drive opener installed to make things quieter. I was hoping to get this done within a week. They were able to schedule me the same day I called. Mike did a fabulous job moving our old opener and installing the new one. We chose Precision based on their knowlegeable staff and great products. Mike arrived on time and in fact called because he was able to come earlier than expected which worked out perfectly.

Nick was amazing! He was fast precise and very much proud to represent Precision Garages. He had done prior work on our springs 2 years ago and came back to be the tech to fix our new problem. Its reassuring that all the parts with precision are warranty and although I have had only experience with one of their techs if all the techs are like Nick then you've choosen the right company to trust to do any of your work needed.

Kevin came over and did a great job repairing and rebuilding my builder grade opener that had a failure. He was fast with the work. Was very concise with explaining what my options were and what the pros/cons were of each. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I'd figured out that my sensors were damaged when I'd only lived in my new house for a few months. I randomly found Precision online and the guy answering the phone was very nice and offered to get someone out to me the next morning. Kevin, the tech, arrived and assessed the situation and gave me realistic options with varying prices and no pressure; just honest truths about what I had, what was needed, and what could be done as a resolution. He was very professional and got me set up with a more appropriate horsepower unit for the weight of my garage door. He explained what was happening beyond burned out sensors and left me to make a very educated decision about replacing my entire unit now versus the alternative of having the entire unit struggle and potentially die within 2-8 months. The new unit is great and super silent. I can now use my smartphone to control the door and also check if it's up or down while I'm away from the house. Much thanks to Kevin and Precision for a wonderful experience with something that was very foreign to me as a first-time homeowner!

We chose Precision because we have used you the past few years. And most importantly, because you said you could have the door installed the next day. But we were informed on the day of install that you couldn’t get it installed for 5 more days! We would have contacted someone else because we were going out of town for the weekend. But we were assured that the door would be installed the next day.

First of all the response time was incredible. My spring broke late at night and while I didn't need an immediate response they were still out at my house first thing in the morning at 8:00 AM. Kevin Ulery was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism the entire time he was here. Not only did he fix the broken spring but he inspected the rest of the door and diagnosed a few other problems. He was honest about the need for the repair by letting us know that it wasn't an immediate problem but that it would become one sooner rather than later. He also made a few adjustments to the opener to increase the effectiveness and overall life of the door and opener. On top of all that he swept out my entire garage leaving his workspace CLEANER than when he arrived. We are 1000% satisfied with Precision as a company and with Kevin as our technician. We will definitely be calling Precision and requesting Kevin with any future garage door needs.

I must say I was very impressed with Kevin, both as a technician and a delightful person. I felt as though I've known him all my life - that's just the way he makes you feel. Kevin was very thorough and explained things to me and my daughter a few times (especially me!). Ha Ha Ha I truly enjoyed his good nature and friendliness. He knew his stuff that's for sure.
