I called late in the day but they came out 1st thing the next morning. The young lady I spoke with was friendly and funny. The bio on the technician, Jeremy, was a great addition to let me know who was coming. He was knowledgeable, friendly and explained what my options were with no pressure. In todays world of no service this was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. I will definitely use them and recommend them to others.

The Sunday before memorial day I had one of those gut wrenching feelings that most homeowners have felt once or twice. That feeling when you try to open your garage door and it literally falls and cracks every single door panel. I called in and they had a repair representative out the next day. While the door was beyond saving, their repair specialist Kevin was able to go over everything and we were able to get everything we needed ordered same day with amazing service. While I don’t think I’ll need any more garage door service for a long while, I can easily recommend these guys anytime.

We had been having issues with very loud noises when putting the door up and down. I was sure every day, this was the day it was going to break. One of your commercials where the guy says when the spring broke "oh it just has an attitude" always made me giggle but is one of the reasons I called your company. Even though it ended up costing more than we were expecting to have to pay, I am very pleased with the service we received. Andrew S and "the new guy" that came out were great at explaining everything that was going on and why we needed to upgrade the spring system. Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it.
