When the openers began having issues, I immediately went to the Precision website and set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday, which was especially convenient. Nick Z. arrived at the appointed time, we discussed options and quickly reached a solution. Ryan not only balanced our garage door but fixed our opener that had a faulty part (at no cost), reprogrammed the opener and gave us recommendations on the repair of a spring that is long in the tooth. Would have had him do it at that visit but it was absolutely pouring outside. Highest of marks!

Joel was great! I saw the Precision truck in our neighborhood. He was at a neighbor's house across the street . (Precision had put in a new garage door motor in my garage over a year ago and they did an excellent job.) Joel made several adjustments to the garage door. He also replaced the garage door seal on the bottom of the garage door. Great job!

My recent dealings with Precision Garage Door were due to some “strange” sounds. The technician, Royal, was right on time and did an amazing job figuring out “something I had never heard before.” After several minutes listening and looking, he decided lubrication and the tightening of a couple of bolts was the remedy. Well, it worked! No more strange noises.

I called Precision Door on Thursday as our garage door started acting funny and would not stay closed. A tech was scheduled on Friday to come to determine the problem. A hardware failure on the door prompted the need to replace the door by the technician-Teddy who was very informative and did an outstanding job replacing both of the door openers and setting up them up with the new opener devices and the software application to our phones. Special "thank you" to Teddy for a job well done and getting us back up and running without any issues.
