Robert was awesome! Not over selling but genuine. Clearly aware that he needs to meet a customer where they’re at, financially speaking. I can afford the higher end, but he didn’t know that going in and provided multiple options, which I appreciated. Not to mention the quality was top notch, and he was intentional to say if any issues moving forward, to please call and he would take care of it. You have a good one! Austin repaired our garage door. He was a special kind of guy - in addition to being a thoroughly competent technician. He repaired the door, inspected it, made additional changes - not an up-sale job at all but rather the result of a thorough inspection. I had an emergency with the garage door resting on top of my car. Precision was here the same day and removed the damaged door. I scheduled an appointment for the next day to repair my broken spring. To my surprise Brandon was able to show up the same day. He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. He quoted me several options and explained them all. I ended up doing more than replacing the spring, not because Brandon up sold me unnecessary parts but because he explained to me the benefits of replacing my old garage door parts. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Vladimir did a great job assessing our problem and making recommendations on options for repairing our garage door. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job in the installation. He offered options without pressuring a choice and even went beyond what I considered necessary to make sure that our garage door was well taken care of. My only question is that I haven't received receipt for my payment yet. Vladimir said he was going to send a detailed receipt via email. As of 4-14-22 I haven't received it.
