Brandon was very courteous and observed quarantine precautions. He gave a very thorough assessment of the deficiencies, due to age and wear, in the parts of my garage door. He replace the springs and rollers. Previous owner had jerry-rigged the door and bent several hinges which Brandon. He also replaced the bottom door seal. I feel very confident with the 5 year warranty on all of the new replaced parts. I am very glad I chose Precision.

After they determine that mo opener is not repairable, they gave me an estimate of lift master 8500W for $975 ( $487 online price with free shipping) and $160 labor! Doubling the cost of material is extremely unfair to the customers.

Hi Alex, While it troubles me you were not satisfied with our service, the price we charge is based on the total expense of the service. While there may be a random handyman that might install it for $160, there are no companies in our area that will. I wanted your review to be a valuable tool for us, so I reached out to multiple other companies in the area to confirm my thoughts. While we were not the cheapest, we certainly weren't out of line. I had a motor burn out in one of our old chain drive garage door openers and decided to have both of our openers replaced with belt drive openers with WiFi monitoring. The new openers are fantastic. They are very quiet, and it's nice to be able to receive an alert when one of the doors is accidentally left open. I had Precision do the install, and service technicians Kevin and Antoine came out and did a great job. Very happy with the service I received.
