Technician checked the door, springs etc. fully Andrew explained fully what was wrong. He offered 3 solutions & prices. He did what I agreed to pay for, & garage door is working fine. He was also polite & considerate of my condition.(I had just returned home from back surgery). & did work in a reasonable time.

Technician was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He also made the repair in a very timely manner. The cost of the job was a bit excessive but when you don't have the tools to do it yourself, that's the price you pay.

We have used Precision Garage Doors twice before and when we needed a new door opener we only called them. They were easy to work with to schedule an appointment and their prices are reasonable. Andrew, our technician, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with helping me set up our Wi-Fi app on my phone and tablet. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and would call them if we ever needed service again.
