Technician Eric G. responded to my call to repair my Garage Door Opener. Upon arrival Eric tested the operation of my GDO and isolated the primary problem. He explained the cause of the malfunction and showed me the defective part(s). Next, Eric answered several of my questions regarding various components of the GDO operating system. Ultimately, due to the age of the system I elected to replace each of the major components springs, rollers, belt drive GDO, remotes and key pad. Eric is a professional, he had the necessary components, tools and skills to completely update my system, he pays attention to detail and removed all of the old equipment and packaging and left the work area clean. Eric prepared the billing and we concluded our business. Before leaving he made sure that I knew how to reach Precision should I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Precision and Eric G.

I want to highly compliment Paul, who came to our home to examine our damaged garage door, and determine what repairs were needed. Unfortunately repairs could be made, and he agreed to provide an estimate for a new door. Paul's estimate was very thorough and complete. The damage had been caused by a roofing contractor while installing a new roof on our home, so I will now be contacting him about his liability and insurance coverage. At this point I wish to compliment Paul and all of the representatives that I have spoken with, as everyone has been so courteous and concerned, following up with email confirmations, pre-service phone calls and, what more can I say.

On 10/10/2021, I called Precision Garage Door Service because our garage door would not open or close. The customer service representative was very helpful and made me feel as if my situation was very important to her. I made an appointment for Monday, 10/11/2021 between 8am and 11am. Eli, service technician called me at 8:35 am to advise me that, he was on his way. Eli was very professional and very attentive to everything, I told him regarding the problem with our garage door. He presented me an estimate sheet with 3 different option, but all of them were much higher than what I expected. I explained to Eli that, we would need to wait for the repairs to the garage door because, we were not in a position to pay such high amount right now. He looked for other options and between him and his boss, they gave me a better price. Eli made sure that all of his work was done to perfection and after he was done with the repairs, the garage door was working like new. I was very impressed with his work and his friendliness and professionalism. Of course, I would recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone very highly, since, I had such a nice experience. The Sunday before memorial day I had one of those gut wrenching feelings that most homeowners have felt once or twice. That feeling when you try to open your garage door and it literally falls and cracks every single door panel. I called in and they had a repair representative out the next day. While the door was beyond saving, their repair specialist Kevin was able to go over everything and we were able to get everything we needed ordered same day with amazing service. While I don’t think I’ll need any more garage door service for a long while, I can easily recommend these guys anytime.
