We had been having issues with very loud noises when putting the door up and down. I was sure every day, this was the day it was going to break. One of your commercials where the guy says when the spring broke "oh it just has an attitude" always made me giggle but is one of the reasons I called your company. Even though it ended up costing more than we were expecting to have to pay, I am very pleased with the service we received. Andrew S and "the new guy" that came out were great at explaining everything that was going on and why we needed to upgrade the spring system. Brandon was very courteous and observed quarantine precautions. He gave a very thorough assessment of the deficiencies, due to age and wear, in the parts of my garage door. He replace the springs and rollers. Previous owner had jerry-rigged the door and bent several hinges which Brandon. He also replaced the bottom door seal. I feel very confident with the 5 year warranty on all of the new replaced parts. I am very glad I chose Precision.
