I'd figured out that my sensors were damaged when I'd only lived in my new house for a few months. I randomly found Precision online and the guy answering the phone was very nice and offered to get someone out to me the next morning. Kevin, the tech, arrived and assessed the situation and gave me realistic options with varying prices and no pressure; just honest truths about what I had, what was needed, and what could be done as a resolution. He was very professional and got me set up with a more appropriate horsepower unit for the weight of my garage door. He explained what was happening beyond burned out sensors and left me to make a very educated decision about replacing my entire unit now versus the alternative of having the entire unit struggle and potentially die within 2-8 months. The new unit is great and super silent. I can now use my smartphone to control the door and also check if it's up or down while I'm away from the house. Much thanks to Kevin and Precision for a wonderful experience with something that was very foreign to me as a first-time homeowner!

We chose Precision because we have used you the past few years. And most importantly, because you said you could have the door installed the next day. But we were informed on the day of install that you couldn’t get it installed for 5 more days! We would have contacted someone else because we were going out of town for the weekend. But we were assured that the door would be installed the next day.

First of all the response time was incredible. My spring broke late at night and while I didn't need an immediate response they were still out at my house first thing in the morning at 8:00 AM. Kevin Ulery was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism the entire time he was here. Not only did he fix the broken spring but he inspected the rest of the door and diagnosed a few other problems. He was honest about the need for the repair by letting us know that it wasn't an immediate problem but that it would become one sooner rather than later. He also made a few adjustments to the opener to increase the effectiveness and overall life of the door and opener. On top of all that he swept out my entire garage leaving his workspace CLEANER than when he arrived. We are 1000% satisfied with Precision as a company and with Kevin as our technician. We will definitely be calling Precision and requesting Kevin with any future garage door needs.

I must say I was very impressed with Kevin, both as a technician and a delightful person. I felt as though I've known him all my life - that's just the way he makes you feel. Kevin was very thorough and explained things to me and my daughter a few times (especially me!). Ha Ha Ha I truly enjoyed his good nature and friendliness. He knew his stuff that's for sure. You have a great guy working for your company and I hope you realize that. Also I want to thank Joel for helping me out by allowing me to extend my payment until my check has cleared my bank. Incredible service! We had a spring break last night and could not operate the door at all to get the cars out. I called late last night to schedule the appointment for the next day. I called OGDS first thing in the AM when my husband had to manually open the door to go to work. They are our go to company and they did NOT disappoint! They got us in right away and Nick showed up earlier (called first to make sure it was okay, of course). He got right to work and was able to diagnose and repair both issues. We were still under warranty so we were good to go. He then showed me some of the areas to spray for maintenance and said that he hoped we didn't have to see each other very soon. : ) Great Customer Service!

We returned home from a trip to a broken spring and couldn’t get into our garage. It was late so I waited until morning to start the process of finding a reputable servicing company. I Googled garage door repair and was drawn to your website and reviews. I went to the chat box and within 5 minutes had an appointment scheduled for a 11:00 - 1:00 time window. Kevin, the technician, called by 11:00 and said he was on his way. Kevin was great, explaining everything and giving me options for the repair.
