Mike was very professional and on time. He replaced the torsion springs on my door and identified some excessive wear on the bearings for the door. He thoroughly explained everything to me to make sure I understood and quickly and easily replaced what was needed getting everything back up and running. We desperately needed three garage doors. We visited precision garage company at the home show and was impressed with their product. The guys made it very easy for us to see and learn about their product. Within a few days of initially talking to them at the home show they came to our home to measure. They showed up promptly on scheduled day and time. Once they knew we were completely aware of what we were buying our order was placed. It only took a few weeks for them to have our order ready to install. The installers, nicholas and josh arrived promptly and began working. They worked non-stop on Taking out our old door and replacing the new. They answered every question I asked in a professional manner. They were extremely polite and left no mess at my home. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful and run so quietly I have to look a second time to make sure I actually raised the door. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants high quality, reasonable priced garage doors and exceptional customer service. There is no pressure to purchase from this company which I truly appreciated.

Nick Zatkoff was great. He showed up during the time frame that the office told me. Nick inspected our garage door and how it was operating. Advised me on what he recommended be done. He showed me the options and discussed the benefits. After we decided what was to be done, he got right to work. He installed new springs, drums, cables, rollers and keypad He was very professional and quick with the repairs. He even remounted the door opener to be more secure. Thanks again.

Called Precision because I wanted to have my garage door serviced sinced I was experiencing closing problems due to a loose wire. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Normally I feel "fleeced" when any service representative makes recommendations for parts that will require future replacement. However, the technician explained and demonstrated why he recommended new springs.
