The service work was fine, but I was told someone would be at my house between 4 pm and 6 pm. I got a phone call from the service tech at 5:30 pm advising he would be there in 30 minutes. They didn't arrive until almost 6:15 pm. I left my work at 3 pm to be at my house at 4 pm. I would much rather get a phone call from somone telling my they were heading to my house instead of waiting a someone to show up and not knowing when they will arrive. Again, the service that was performed was great.....

Hi Al, I am very sorry we were late to your home that day. It actually was a problem caused my staff in the office. After reviewing all the details I see you were booked as a 9-11 however ended up on the schedule from 11-1. That is why Josh wouldn't have given you a call to let you know he was late. My friend, Robert Perry, made arrangements for the installation of my new Garage Door Opener while I was on vacation. Upon my return I was extremely satisfied with the installation and operation of my new opener, remote entry, and new wiring, etc. The noise level during operation is greatly reduced from my previous opener and I would certainly recommend your company without reservation.
