Hi Al, I am very sorry we were late to your home that day. It actually was a problem caused my staff in the office. After reviewing all the details I see you were booked as a 9-11 however ended up on the schedule from 11-1. That is why Josh wouldn't have given you a call to let you know he was late. My friend, Robert Perry, made arrangements for the installation of my new Garage Door Opener while I was on vacation. Upon my return I was extremely satisfied with the installation and operation of my new opener, remote entry, and new wiring, etc. The noise level during operation is greatly reduced from my previous opener and I would certainly recommend your company without reservation. All around great company. First time to need a garage door repair. The apt call was fast and easy, Worker showed up on time and was very polite, knowledgable, and just a nice guy to talk to and learn stuff about garage doors. Door was fixed perfect and he was gone in 40 minutes. I wish all company's I deal with were this professional.

Corey did a great job, he was on time, professional and efficent. I would have given 5 stars, except there were 3 brackets that he recommended be replaced, and $169 to replace these 3 simple brackets (while he already had the rod and springs down) was way too much. I don't fault Corey, but the company.
