Colin from Precision Garage Doors arrived at my home to do a pre-winter inspection on my double garage door and single garage door scheduling an appointment last week. After inspecting the garage doors Colin showed me a couple things on the doors that should be replaced now and a few things that will need replaced in the future. The most important item was the spring on the single door that could cause wear on my opener. I approved to have the single door spring replaced and appreciated Colin making his recommendations with valuable information and not as a pushy sales person I have experienced with other garage door companies. I had Colin add Precision Garage Door stickers on my doors handy for my wife to call if needed with further garage door issues. The office staff Angie and others were pleasant to work with and kept me updated when Colin was on his way for my appointment. Recommended by several friends. Crew was on time, explained issues with the installation of hardware, and resulting current and future problems. I was given several options on how to fix broken 2 door garage opener and the additional single garage door opener. all springs were replaced as well has hardware that holds up the springs and the garage door opener. The rollers were origian plasitc ones so all rollers replaced. the crew were good communicators and also cleaned up nicely

Technician called ahead when running late. Examined door and component parts to see why it wouldn't stay up when operator was disconnected. Explained exactly what the cure would be and how much it would cost. Tech was very well spoken and thorough in his explanation and work performed.
