I called the office and got an appointment the next morning (on a Sunday). The technician (Ben H) called when on the way. He was very friendly, explained everything and offered recommended replacement parts. The job was completed in a short amount of time. Excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Less than an hour after scheduling the appointment, he was there! Jarad was very friendly and assessed the repairs and fixed my garage door within an hour. I came home on a Sunday night to find that my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. I called Garage Door Service that evening and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day — super responsive! Nick and his apprentice handled the repair and were both incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the process. They not only fixed the broken spring but also recommended a few additional repairs that made sense, including replacing my garage keypad, which hadn’t worked in years. The service was top-notch, and the pricing felt very reasonable. What impressed me most was what happened afterward: Nick called me after the job to let me know they had mistakenly installed the wrong springs (a lower-grade version) and offered to return first thing the next morning to replace them with the correct ones — which he did. Mistakes happen, but owning up to them and making it right without being prompted says a lot about their integrity. Many companies wouldn’t have gone that extra mile. I really can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Nick — dependable, honest, and genuinely customer-focused.

We scheduled the $69 inspection coupon to have our garage doors serviced and lubricated. Joel arrived promptly and walked my wife through the process of what he would be doing. After his initial inspection, he went over his findings by prioritizing things that were an immediate issue, potential issues or future issue. Once we decided on the repairs we wanted done, he was able to complete the repairs on the one door and maintenance on the other in an hour. Joel was pleasant and kind and was not a pushy salesman. He worked with my wife to make sure she understood what she was asking for and went over the pricing sheet to make her feel comfortable with the decision she was making. I am pleased with the work and how quiet our doors are now.

The little things make a difference. I had you replace the springs 10 or so years ago. You left a sticker on the door so I called the number to have you come and fix my worn out opener. To make a long story short, Jarad came and did a terrific job. I knew I’d need a new opener. It was 20+ years old. I also knew the springs were aged so after discussing it with Jarad he sold me new springs and other hardware needing replacement. He did do staying until past 6:00pm on a Saturday evening no less making sure everything was taken care of. Coming from a retail profession I was very impressed with the level of attention and service and knowledge provided. I spent a lot of money but feel secure that it was spent well.
