Recommended by several friends. Crew was on time, explained issues with the installation of hardware, and resulting current and future problems. I was given several options on how to fix broken 2 door garage opener and the additional single garage door opener. all springs were replaced as well has hardware that holds up the springs and the garage door opener. The rollers were origian plasitc ones so all rollers replaced. the crew were good communicators and also cleaned up nicely

I booked my own appointment online for same day service. I was called back promptly and a repairman showed up during my 2 hour window as promised. He was polite and professional. Broken opener was replaced pretty quick. He also oiled both existing doors to help eliminate future problems.

Technician called ahead when running late. Examined door and component parts to see why it wouldn't stay up when operator was disconnected. Explained exactly what the cure would be and how much it would cost. Tech was very well spoken and thorough in his explanation and work performed. Less than an hour after scheduling the appointment, he was there! Jarad was very friendly and assessed the repairs and fixed my garage door within an hour. I came home on a Sunday night to find that my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. I called Garage Door Service that evening and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day — super responsive! Nick and his apprentice handled the repair and were both incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the process. They not only fixed the broken spring but also recommended a few additional repairs that made sense, including replacing my garage keypad, which hadn’t worked in years. The service was top-notch, and the pricing felt very reasonable. What impressed me most was what happened afterward: Nick called me after the job to let me know they had mistakenly installed the wrong springs (a lower-grade version) and offered to return first thing the next morning to replace them with the correct ones — which he did. Mistakes happen, but owning up to them and making it right without being prompted says a lot about their integrity. Many companies wouldn’t have gone that extra mile. I really can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Nick — dependable, honest, and genuinely customer-focused.
