We scheduled the $69 inspection coupon to have our garage doors serviced and lubricated. Joel arrived promptly and walked my wife through the process of what he would be doing. After his initial inspection, he went over his findings by prioritizing things that were an immediate issue, potential issues or future issue. Once we decided on the repairs we wanted done, he was able to complete the repairs on the one door and maintenance on the other in an hour. Joel was pleasant and kind and was not a pushy salesman. He worked with my wife to make sure she understood what she was asking for and went over the pricing sheet to make her feel comfortable with the decision she was making. I am pleased with the work and how quiet our doors are now.

I placed a schedule request on Sunday evening and Andrew was here first thing this morning. The issue I was having was quickly resolved and I chose to have some additional maintenance done. The little things make a difference. I had you replace the springs 10 or so years ago. You left a sticker on the door so I called the number to have you come and fix my worn out opener. To make a long story short, Jarad came and did a terrific job. I knew I’d need a new opener. It was 20+ years old. I also knew the springs were aged so after discussing it with Jarad he sold me new springs and other hardware needing replacement. He did do staying until past 6:00pm on a Saturday evening no less making sure everything was taken care of. Coming from a retail profession I was very impressed with the level of attention and service and knowledge provided. I spent a lot of money but feel secure that it was spent well.

We have used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were great so we called them again when our garage door opener wasn’t working right. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. After explaining our options, he installed our new opener (motor), key pad, and new parts to the door. He was professional, courteous and explained everything very well. I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.
