Kevin and his associate were very thorough and professional. I would say they went over and above my expectations. We have used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were great so we called them again when our garage door opener wasn’t working right. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. After explaining our options, he installed our new opener (motor), key pad, and new parts to the door. He was professional, courteous and explained everything very well. We highly recommend this company!

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

Our technician Tim arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Just speaking with him, I could tell he was a true tradesman. He worked by himself, took down our old door and installed a new insulated door just under four hours. Once completed, he helped program our vehicles to the new opener as well. We are very happy and glad we chose Precision!

The garage door spring broke on late Sunday. We called Precision the same day expecting to leave a message. Much to our surprise an associate took our call and got us scheduled for Monday morning. Orlando was our technician and was great. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and we also had an in depth conversation about the pros/cons of all the moving parts. The conversation was driven by my questions not an attempt to upsell by Orlando. He was very transparent and as a result we made some decisions to upgrade some of the components from the builder grade quality initially installed. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend Precision. Thanks again to Orlando for your attention to details in repairing our door.
