Before the work was started Eric talked to me about my door as well as concerns we may find before work was started. We called on a Sunday evening around 7pm when we discovered that the spring had broken on our garage door. We set an appointment for between 10pm-12am that evening. Josh called back promptly and said he could be there in 5 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the service and options. He was able to not only replace the springs, but re-build the entire mechanism in about an hour. He was professional and really provided some peace of mind for a stressful situation. My kudos to Josh and Precision!

The installation completion time matched what I was told to expect. The company had no problem honoring a quoted price (including a $200 discount) estimate four months later, which really impressed me.
