I called around to 5 different garage door companies to get a quote, and Precision was the only one to ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment after giving me a quote. The rest provided me with the quote and then said good bye. This was one of the main reasons we decided to choose Precision. Jeremy arrived promptly when he said he would, and he thoroughly explained what was wrong with our garage door and provided us with all of the options. He wasn't pushy about making the big sale at all. My husband could see that more parts than just spring needed to be replaced. Once we decided to replace all the worn out parts, Jeremy got right to work. He completed everything in less than an hour, and our garage door works better than ever. Jeremy was professional and polite the entire time he was here. If we are faced with garage door issues in the future (hopefully not in the near future), we will definitely call Precision.

Precision Garage Door was excellent. They came at the scheduled time and Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. Before the work was started Eric talked to me about my door as well as concerns we may find before work was started. We called on a Sunday evening around 7pm when we discovered that the spring had broken on our garage door. We set an appointment for between 10pm-12am that evening. Josh called back promptly and said he could be there in 5 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the service and options. He was able to not only replace the springs, but re-build the entire mechanism in about an hour. He was professional and really provided some peace of mind for a stressful situation. My kudos to Josh and Precision!

Everyone I spoke to at Precision was courteous and professional, from the operator who answered my call to the technician. The new door and hardware arrived as promised. The installation completion time matched what I was told to expect. The company had no problem honoring a quoted price (including a $200 discount) estimate four months later, which really impressed me. I will call on Precision for garage door needs in the future with full confidence.
