We called on a Sunday evening around 7pm when we discovered that the spring had broken on our garage door. We set an appointment for between 10pm-12am that evening. Josh called back promptly and said he could be there in 5 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the service and options. He was able to not only replace the springs, but re-build the entire mechanism in about an hour. He was professional and really provided some peace of mind for a stressful situation. My kudos to Josh and Precision!

Everyone I spoke to at Precision was courteous and professional, from the operator who answered my call to the technician. The new door and hardware arrived as promised. The installation completion time matched what I was told to expect. The company had no problem honoring a quoted price (including a $200 discount) estimate four months later, which really impressed me. I will call on Precision for garage door needs in the future with full confidence.

Eric came out on time which was very helpful, and explained exactly what needed to be done to the door in language I could understand. Josh did an excellent job in selling me the perfect system that we needed. I have a bad back and needed a system with a battery backup so that I Know we can always get out of the garage. Josh is great at explaining all of the system. He also programmed our car. Perfect job.

I purchased a Big Deal Offer on a Saturday. On Monday morning I received a call from Precision thanking me for my purchase and asking when I wanted to schedule the service. She stated they could even do the service that afternoon! Unfortunately that wasn't possible and as soon as I mentioned that I work she mentioned they had Saturday appointments. I requested one. She efficiently asked me a few questions. It took less than 5 minutes, and I felt great! Wonderful customer service!! Oh, and I got a confirmation email too. Then the day before the appointment I got a courtesy reminder call including who the service rep would be doing the work. Then the service rep called on his way to my place letting me he will be there in 15 minutes. The service rep, Josh was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Josh explained what they would be doing and answered my questions completely even giving me a quote for the track and rubber replacement at the bottom of the door. After doing the work he explained to me some things to watch for and if/when I had to replace things, what to ask for, etc. Never did he pressure me to do or buy anything else. Overall, the customer service for this experience was top notch. I will use them again and recommend them to others as well. Well done!
