The initial service was great fast friendly. They gave great options for my service and honest prices, the service technician was great . But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed

Eric arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable on the process. He clearly explained the defects on my garage door and gave me multiple options to choose from to have it repaired. He was an excellent technician. Repairs were quick and he made sure he tested everything before departure. I placed the contact sticker on the interior of the door as I will be calling Precision over any other company I've used so far. Very impressed with their service.

Precision Door did a great job fixing the broken spring on my door. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and pair done within a little over an hour. He also showed me that some bearings on my door support rod were worn out and he gave me a fair quote to replace them, so he did that as well. Very friendly and polite technician. I will definitely use Precision Door again.

I called on a week end and had a service man here on Monday morning. He explained what our options were and gave us the price for each. There was no hard sell tactic, I could chose whichever repair I wanted with no pressure. The work was completed quickly and the garage was cleaned up nicely before he left. I will certainly call them if I need further garage door assistance.

One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!
