3 years ago we moved in this house and one of the things that was bad was the moving parts on the garage door. I called Precision based off advertisement and the service received was prompt and excellent, so no reason for me to call another company. Today's service was excellent. I did forget to mention to the techs about the $20 off if I had your stickers

Great service and timeliness. I had originally called the company that put in the door when the house was built. I waited all afternoon for a no show service repair. Your company arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciate the way the receptionist stayed in touch by phone and Email. About a month ago they came out to tune-up one door and it worked great for several days. Then it started messing up really bad. So I bought a new tune+up & roller replacement on all 3 doors. The serviceman pulled the cover off the opener that was worked on about a month ago and said that the rep from a month ago should have caught the real problem.. He replaced some stripped gears and the rollers and all doors are operating good.
