Was quoted over phone service call but not the $15 fuel surcharge. Also tech believed reset, rewind, and torsion adjustment was not a repair and thus the $15 off repair web coupon wasn't eligible. I took the owner up on his offer to address my concerns. The fuel surcharge and the coupon were refunded. Thank you. Mike was a good technician. I am still not convinced my three year garage door spring is over worked from 4.5 lbs of foam insulation. An informative but not pressured salesman. On time arrival for service call. All calls to customer service and managers were professional.

Josh came yesterday during the two hour window provided by your company. He accessed the situation and came up with a viable repair option for my garage door not opening properly. He set me up with new rollers, springs, drums, drum cables, and installed new brackets for a much smoother operating garage door. Josh was a great service provider. He was professional, intelligent and knew what he was doing. Although the time he came I had a bunch of commotion going on, he was courteous and patient. You guys are a quality organization BECAUSE of employees like Josh. Although being a service provider myself I know that we are obligated to up-sell the call. Josh did work it a little but if I had not believed that I needed what he recommended to me, I would NOT have had him install the sealed rollers. I am happy with the install and my door sounds like a new door.

The techs arrived on time and did a great job of explaining the issues with my current system and explaining the system they installed for me. The new system works great. Only negative was that I found a few staples on the floor after they left. They installed a new door opener, springs, repaired the tracks and lift bearings, and lubricated the door hinges.

We had a problem with the sun making our garage door unable to close. Josh moved the sensors back so that the sun was not blocking them. He noticed that we needed to have new springs and also the barrings that pull the door up was causing the door not not open properly. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He noticed that the chain was loose and them fixed the problem causing it to be loose. I am glad that I found your company in the phone book.
