I called at 9:30 am and they had someone there by 10. Everything was explained in detail, and I was given a few options on which route to take. Another company had serviced our door before, and now I'll never call anyone else.

Absolutely incredible service! I simply can't recall a time when I had a service technician show up when they said they would! When Nick called to say he was about 20 minutes away I really thought that was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour but to my surprise within a half hour or so my husband was calling me telling me he was already done. he actually beat me home! On time, fast, courteous and professional!!! That's almost unheard of these days. And now about the price I just knew it was going to be three times more than what they quoted me over the phone but nope it was exactly what they said, unbelievable! Such a great experience! You must be treating your employee's right cause it's reflected by the service they provide. I really didn't think all those positive reviews could be true but I'm a believer. Nick was awesome and I will tell anyone that will listen about your company. Seriously happy customer!

I have used another company in the past. Since I recently had my third broken spring in 8 years, I decided to try another company. Bottom line is, the other company had been installing the wrong spring for my door. Precision found other serious issues with my door and explained in detail why I should replace the worn parts. I highly recommend this company!
