The repairman (Andrew) showed up within the time scheduled and had my door repaired in a timely manner. He did point out some additional areas of concern that I will tend to. Didn't apply any undue pressure as some servicemen do when they show up to make repairs on something. Conducted himself in a professional manner and would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone else if the need arises.

Not only did he replace my opener, but he also gave recommendations on how to handle the door and a full inspection of the system. He was able to help us and was very knowledgeable. We love the app that allows us to see if our garage door is open or not after we leave home.

This was my first experience with Precision and by accident as I was originally trying to call a different provider but lost my place in the add listings on the internet when I called for the appointment. Certainly not disappointed that happened. The Technician that arrived was great. His general demeanor, technical knowledge, and workmanship more than met my expectation. As an Engineer, I'm not a garage door expert but I can appreciate the mechanics of the system and thought Eric's assessment was spot on. I told Eric I had another garage door needing some work in the near future and would definitely be calling Precision again and plan to request him by name. Thanks Eric! You did a great job in my book.
