Hello Sorry I don't remember the technician name but he was friendly very helpful with all my questions that I asked. Didn't even have a problem with me hanging around to watch him work. Would recommend you guys to all my friends. Wife is happy so I'm very happy. :) Replaced the springs, pulleys, cable, and rollers. Took him about one hour and half. Great guy. Thanks again.

We had Matt Hyde inspect the old garage door. The door needed to be replaced. Matt wrote up the information and ordered the new door. We set up a date to fly back to Indy from Denver for the replacement. We had to reschedule and the office staff were very accomadating to set up a 2nd date. The technician who came out to the house was on time, pleasant, professional and very knowledeable. He had the new door installed in no time. The door looks great, works well and is so quiet. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing a new garage door. They were excellent in every way.

Today was my 2nd encounter with Precision Garage Doors; the first being November 2013 for a new opener. After Jeff the technician arrived he inspected the door prior to installing the opener and I am glad he did as he pointed out that the door hardware was actually on its last legs and needed replacement, following his recommendations I had him overhaul the door and install the opener. The door and opener was really quiet and has worked flawlessly since. This encounter was with Amanda, Mike & Matt. Amanda was very helpful when I called in to set an appointment to get a quote to replace my hail damaged garage door, she was able to give me an appointment that met my busy schedule. The day of the appointment Mike & Matt called ahead of time letting me know they were on their way and arrived exactly when they said they would. The appointment was not only efficient but quite enjoyable, both Mike & Matt are very personable and that made purchase of the new door fun. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone that is in need for garage door repair or replacement.

The garage door would not go down a few times and of course when the guy came it worked he was very nice about it and did check some other things while he was there. I tried to see if he could return and finish some other things wrong with the door while I did not have to pay the coming out fee but he was booked up that day so now it will cost me more so I will get the rest done at a later date. I think the guys name is Vladimir, he take care of the door very well and he's very nice to deal with. he gets 5 stars by me. He has replaced springs and repaired the door since the door would not go down,

Excellent service. Josh explained the problem and fixed it fast. Our door broke the day before Christmas Eve so I was happy that someone was able to come on Christmas Eve to repair the door. The door opens and closes so quietly now. They are the best!

I have to say that I have never been SO impressed with a company!!! All the way from Amanda, the customer service specialist to the Andrew and Mike, the technician who gave us an estimate....to the installer, Troy. You guys deliver 5-Star service all around! Everything that was promised from my first phone call with Amanda to the final code being input into our keypad on the garage door frame was exactly as described! On top of that, the product looks GREAT!! The Liftmaster opener works quietly and the garage door itself is adding so much to the resale value of our home. I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. You guys are absolutely a 5-Star, Customer-oriented company that takes pride in their work and definitely puts the customer as their "Job-1"!!
