Great overall experience! First time using Precision Door. Aaron called before arriving, showed up when expected, was very courteous and polite, finished work in a single visit, explained the difference types of openers, and did installation in a timely manner. He cleaned up area nicely after installation and made sure all of my questions had been answered!

Josh was very knowledgeable and educated us on what our door needed. He gave us several options and gave us the pros/cons of each. He rebuilt our door and installed a new opener. I found your ad in the 'Reach' magazine and from that brought up your web site. I also looked at other garage door company web sites but was most impressed by yours. Among other things, being able to check the bios and pictures of the employees was a confidence booster. I was very pleased with the service and product. Andrew was on time and proceeded with the job in an efficient and professional manner. He explained in detail what was was needed (and why) to meet the challenges my garage presented. I am very satisfied with the result and love my garage door opener.
