Our technician Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and made quick repairs. He was on time, friendly and explained everything in detail. We had a broken spring, which he replaced along with new shaft, bearings, rollers and cables.

Precision Garage Door Service had replaced the springs on my garage door previously, so they were the ones to call when the cable broke. I called for service first thing in the morning, and they were available to come right away! Kevin U presented my options to replace the cable and improve the door's performance. He helped me decide on what was best for me at this time. Kevin was polite, knowledgeable and helpful presenting the fix for my door. Isaac was awesome and helpful. Told him I was short on money at the moment and only had a little to spend to fix my garage door. He gave me options and we picked the best option to repair the problem today, I called it a bandaid, and showed and emailed me everything I’ll need to 100% fix the garage door issue. Couldn’t ask for a better person to come out and repair my problem. Thank you again. If I could pick 10 stars I would.

I was looking for a single garage door opener and the newest one in the garage (there are 3) was a Master Lift. I Googled that brand and that took me to you. Justin came on time and checked out the lift and the other ones. He concluded that a new one was needed - that will be the door that I'll use the most - and that the lift is/was 21 years old. He also replaced the wires and coils to reduce wear on the new lift. He worked quickly and was finished in a couple of hours. Justin was very friendly as well as professional and, like I said, was efficient and proficient.

Spring was broken on double door. The tech made suggestions for repair beyond the replacement of the broken spring. New rollers, cables and bearings were replaced. I believe the door operates much better and is less noisy. I had the spring replaced on a the single door. I felt no pressure to do the additional work. The work was done very well and the tech was professional. Well done.

Precision garage door service was AAAA+. I could not have asked for a more professional technician Teddie and his associate who was in training. I choose precision for the glowing reviews that I read before hand. They were prompt, courteous and very professional in explaining what needed to be done. I heard not one complaint while they were in my hot garage for hours. Teddie came out the next day because my brother did not set up his garage code correctly in his car and Teddie set things right with the code. I will defiantly recommend Precision to anyone in need and use them again in the future.

Joel did a great job with my garage door repair. He was able to come out within an hour of my initial call, did a quick inspection of the garage door and identified the problem, walked me through several options for repairing it and was able to fix everything with parts he already had with him.
