Kevin was superb. He was on time and gave it to me straight. I wanted the services he could provide and he performed exceptionally. He showed me what was wrong with my opener and how to fix it. After servicing my door he made sure I knew exactly how to use it and what each improvement would accomplish. Kevin was also very personable. Made an appointment easily. Technician showed up EARLY and did an amazing job. He explained everything very well, gave me choices of what I could have done, and executed the work quickly and efficiently. He even went so far as to carry my stupid heavy Christmas tree out to my garage for this old lady! HIGHLY recommend this company! And if you can, get Drew to be your technician.

For any garage door repair at all, you NEED TO CALL PRECISION GARAGE SERVICE! This company is amazing. The staff are well educated and professional and know how to fix any garage door problem. The technicians show up on time and discuss the work needed prior to fixing the problem, whether it be installing a new garage door opener or installing a new garage door. This is an honest company and I would never choose a different business for my garage door needs. Prices are below other companies based on my past experience and Precision Garage Service stands behind their work. Excellent company! Highly recommended!

Excellent rating on computer search, a mailer I had in file, and close to my location. Door closer was not functioning for down travel. Repairman Mike arrived within an hour, was able to correct the problem with my opener, completed an inspection, lubricated the door components, and adjusted the travel. He was exceptionally courteous and at the same time thorough, and is an excellent employee.

I called this morning to have someone come repair my garage door/opener. Brandon was able to come early and he fixed my opener and then looked over the spring, bearings and rollers. Since all of this was original to the home, he suggested replacing all of it. What a difference and after seven years of struggling with a squeaky door, it’s heaven to hear a well running door. Ha! Brandon exceeding my expectations and I would recommend this company and Brandon to all of my family and friends. What a relief.

Eli did a great job of explaining options to me to choose the best route to replace my garage door opener. He completed the job in more than a reasonable amount of time (all by himself!). He happily did the extra work to replace the rubber seal on the door as well. He was very professional in his appearance and attitude. No one is happy when it comes time to have to pay for a repair, but this was long overdue and I appreciated how easy the process was!

My technician Austin arrived at the time he said he would. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. Austin was very professional and answered all my questions. He also showed me some preventative steps that I can take to help my opener last longer. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to upgrade any parts, but was given suggestions to help the longevity of the garage door opener. I will definitely use Precision in the future.
