I’m giving Joey 5 stars even though he was a few hours late due to another job. However, I think he sincerely apologized. After he completed he completed his inspection of my job he did thoroughly explained what was going on with my garage door and what needed to be done to fix the problem. After I agreed to the best path for me regarding the garage door, he did what I feel like is a good job and eliminated any worries that I had of the door breaking on top of my car or me even worse. I’m completely satisfied with the job that he did and I would recommend him to anyone else.

Teddy showed up on time in a professional looking van and looked professional himself. Upon analysis of the issues with the opener he carefully explained how the those opener problems were actually caused by issues with the door itself. His explanation was clear and made mechanical sense to me. Because he was so knowledgeable and was able to communicate to me in a way I understood his reasoning I spent a LOT more money on the repair than I had planned or hoped. But now he has the door working better than it ever has and I am confident it will work properly for a long time in the future. I'm not sorry about spending money wisely.

I had service performed by another company about 6 months ago and recently had an issue with my door not operating properly. Unfortunately I was not able to reach that company to correct the issue, so I contacted Precission. The online scheduling was easy and convenient. I received reminder texts and a call from the tech before arriving. My technician was Austin. I can not say enough to express my appreciation for him. Austin represented himself and Precission with integrity, respect and honesty. Austin throughly inspected my garage door and gave me my options for repair, with a no pressure feel. The price was reasonable, and my door is working great! Based on my experience, I would reccomend Precission.

There may be cheaper garage service companies in town, but we've been so happy with Precision that we've never even wanted to look elsewhere. About 10 years ago, one of the springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. We needed to get our cars out for work on Monday and Precision was the only company that was available to come out on that Sunday. They were fast, efficient, and polite. So when our garage door stopped opening this past weekend, we didn't even hesitate to call Precision first. We called and spoke to a real person, not an automated service. They had us in their system from the last time and were able to setup a same-day appointment window (3 hours). The technician, Zeke, called ahead of time and showed up when expected. He was friendly, polite, and absolutely knows his stuff. After examining everything, he went over the everything with us to explain what was wrong and definitely needed repair, but also he went over the rest of the system and door itself to talk about what was still functioning and good and what was deteriorating and would need repair in the future. He asked what we wanted estimates for and, only a few minutes later, presented us with estimates showing low-, mid-, and high-cost options. He went over the pros and cons of each level of options and we selected what we wanted. Having reviewed general prices online, though Precision was in the higher price range, they were still fairly comparable to many of the other competitors. Zeke had everything in his truck and got right to work. We chose to replace the broken door opener with an upgraded one as well as replace a bunch of fixtures that were pretty worn out. It only took him about 3 hours to complete the work. When all was done, he walked us through the new system, helped us setup the remote app, and made sure we knew everything we needed. Zeke was the best! He was patient when we were asking what were probably dumb questions, and told us that there are no dumb questions (he was so nice about it!), and he was happy to repeat things when we thought we missed something. Zeke really was one of the best service people we've ever worked with and he went well above and beyond what was expected. We will not hesitate to use Precision in the future - though, thanks to Zeke, we shouldn't have to!

My remote and keypad had quit working. Pat came this morning and quickly found the problem (fried main circuit board). He explained the options, replace the board which he had stocked on the truck or install a whole new opener. I chose to just replace the board and now it works great again. He even programmed the extra buttons on my remote to work in case the button I use gets worn out. My system is 22 years old. I really appreciate how well he explained my options and the costs. I've used Precision since I bought my house in 2007 and each time I've been happy with the results. I'm never "oversold" on anything and the work performed is great.

Response time was excellent and service was wonderful. Patrick was very diligent and detailed and his work was exemplary. He kept me updated and was transparent about all the work done. Springs were broken and needed to be replaced along with rollers. The garage door now works better than it did when brand new.
