If 10 stars were available, that is the rating I would give my service technician, Nick Zatkoff. What a polite and personable young man. He was so patient and helpful with all my questions. And helping me make decisions best for my needs and desires. I would request Nick each time for any assistance I may need. He represents your company with great character. I want to also say when I spoke with Candace and Amanda on the phone, I was also very pleased with their help. I appreciate all of the service I have received.

I was stuck! The spring on my garage door broke and the condition of the door would not allow me to manually open the door. The reviews for Precision were great and they were highly rated by Angie's List and the BBB. After calling, they were there in no time. The technician (Nick) explained to me what repairs needed to be done and pricing. With all that needed to be done I was surprised that it could be done at that moment and in one hour! Wow! I was impressed! The technician (Nick) was very nice and courteous. Great customer service! I will definately recommend them and call them sgain if I need additional service. Thank you from freeing me from my garage!

I am so very pleased with the service provided today. Not only did the service technician show up promptly but he was efficient and extremely nice and trustworthy. I called at 10:30 and my appointment was scheduled from 2-4 the same day. They Even offered an earlier appointment but I requested the later time. He called 15 min prior to showing up and my door was fixed in less than an hour. He did not throw in any extra fees, he inspected my door and even told me what to expect with the springs I purchased. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 3pm and was told that a technician would call before coming between 4pm and 7pm the same day. at about 3:40 i had a knock on the door from Ryan L. He said that he left a voicemail. I found that he did. about an hour later, i had a functioning garage door. I had both Springs, Spring Rod Bearings, and 10 rollers all replaced, and the door springs adjusted. Ryan showed me the bottom price, and then he explained all the options and the price increases involved. I certainly Appreciated Ryan's promptness and knowledge of all the what if's in choosing the cheapest route to the route that I chose to go. My wife actually told me about Precision Garage Door services. She had called them back when I was deployed a few years ago. My experience from Calling to having a functioning garage door was exactly what my wife remembered about the service that she had done at our previous home while I was deployed. I highly recommend giving Precision a call.

I had a new garage door motor installed and then a new garage door 2 weeks after. The team was excellent and all went very smoothly. The door is SO much quieter! A few days later one of my remote openers wasn't working so I texted and within 4 hours a technician came out, verified the problem and traded me out a new opener. I could not be more pleased. The call was made to repair a garage door that was not working. I call your firm because of numerous advertisements that you have had on TV. I was especially impressed by your trucks leaving your drive in the advertisement. It suggested a quality business with people and equipment to trust. I too am in a business that relies on trust and quality service. Your service man, James Vanderbur did a great job, very understanding with working around other work that we were doing at the house, and I feel as if he did a complete job in investigating the problem. After 28 years it appeared that the best solution was to replace the equipment on the one door not working and gave me a quote to do the same to the other door that was still working. It seemed to me even though expensive to repair both doors at the same time, $2,800.05 it was the right thing to do. He has now scheduled to make these repairs on Monday,tomorrow. My surprise was that he requested a deposit for this work. Maybe that is your policy, and I know it is probably based on experience, it was still a surprise. With all that said I am still happy with the initial involvement and hopefully and assuming I will be just as happy when repairs and replacements are completed. Interestingly enough as I write this note a was listening to another advertisement for your company. Again I called your number because of these TV introductions of your company. I too am involved with advertising and marketing and truly do believe it is important when done in the right manner. Thank you for your service.

I initially called to get keypads installed and after Kevin did his inspection he gave us his input...we just purchased our house and the seller installed a new door with old parts...Kevin showed us what was old and also his input on how dangerous it was to not fix it....I’m glad he was honest with us and bringing it to our attention. This is our forever home and want to make sure everything is done right...We are so thankful that Kevin was honest with us and he did a great job.

Everything was good, but now that I’m on the company’s website, I see multiple coupons that applied to my situation. That would have been nice to know about when spending over $1600. I’d prefer a company that is upfront about the discounts they offer.

We found Precision at the home show last night. We told the guy there our issues and he said he could have a guy out today (Sunday) for no additional charge. Vladimir came out to assess the problems and gave us 3 separate options for repairs. We went with the middle of the road option, but it still came with a 7 year warranty! He did the repairs same day and everything was all said and done within 2 hours. I’m not sure how to compare pricing, but it seemed fair to us. I would definitely recommend Precision.
