The technician Josh was courteous and professional and explained the situation without trying to sell me on repairs that weren’t needed. Precision Door Service had done some maintenance on our older garage doors several years ago. When one of the major springs snapped trapping a car in the garage a few days ago, I called them and Andrew arrived within 2 hours. He assessed the situation, carefully explaining our options and relative costs. He patiently answered all my questions. Given the excellent condition of the older door, we opted to have Andrew replace all the moving parts and tighten anything that wasn't supposed to move. It was the most expensive option but sets us up for years to come. Andrew completed the work about two hours - a professional job, well-done.
