We needed a full replacement as our door, spring, motor, rails everything was 30+ years old. Everyone was here when they had been scheduled to come. They would call beforehand to make sure I was at home, answer any and all questions I had. Once we went ahead and ordered the door, Justin our installer called before he came, set up quickly and got straight to work. He told me it would take about 2.5 hours to tear out and install the new system. He was right on the nose with the estimate of time. Walked me through what he had done and a part on our garage floor that needed attention to make a better seal. He was quick, clean, and courteous of our home. I would recommend them over and again because no one tried to oversell me on anything, gave me as many discounts as we qualified for and were just did everything as we asked and performed as expected!

I could not be happier with the installation of 4 new garage doors and door openers. Josh, the technician, was outstanding in going about the removal of our old doors and the installation of our new ones. Josh made sure that each door was fit with precision ( no pun intended). He helped me set up the internet feature for each opener. His cleanup left the garage cleaner than he found it. I am so pleased that we contracted with Precision Door.

Everyone connected with Precision was outstanding. Scheduling was easy and Eric phoned to let us know for sure when we would be arriving. Eric was professional, courteous, and very personable. He explained everything he was doing and why it was done. The job was completed in a timely manner and operation of new equipment was explained fully. We had a problem with the garage door opener; it worked from inside the garage but not from outside or from the car. The technician, Nick, identified what the problem was almost immediately and made the necessary adjustments. He arrived right on time and was friendly, courteous and helpful. Rocky start because I did not see what I considered a “diagnostics” on my issue. Made a call and talked to manager who was tolerant in my concern and conversation. Service call was originally placed to repair broken door spring. After Technician, Nick Zatkoff, inspected my door, there was a few other repairs that he suggested to make. Nick was very thorough with his work and took care of my garage door and had it back up and running in a short period of time. Great Job !
