I rate 4.25 stars The service technician, Josh, was very thorough in explaining the many options that I could choose to complete the repair. He explained all the work he was going to perform and proceeded to get it done in a timely fashion. Also the fact that Precision does not charge overtime on Saturday is a big plus

Garage door making sounds haven't heard before. Eric from precision doors was prompt found issues with door mechanisms and replaced several items that were ready to fail. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repairs were made and he made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Would use Precision Doors if needed in future.

My technician and I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember his name sorry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and did a fabulous job fixing my garage door. I was very pleased with work. I had to have him come back out and adjust the close a little bit and there was no charge. I will definitely use Precision for all my garage door needs.
