Had an estimate scheduled for new garage door installation. Technician showed up at door and knocked and when wife answered the door he was already measuring dimensions of door. Never introduced his self. Was at my house less than 5 minutes and said I will email you a estimate unless you want to put a deposit down. Very very unprofessional. Your business depends on customers and customer service and what we got today was very poor.

I Have A 30 Year Old Garage Door And The Quotes They Offered Depended On How Extravagant The Amount Of Work I Wanted To Have Done, And What Was The Right Fit For My Budget... All Three Quotes Were Well Explained With A "No Pressure" Attitude... The Final Price Was Reasonable, Fair, And Very Competitive... My Garage Door Works Better Than It Has In Over 15 Years... The technician arrived early, found and fixed the problem within an hour. Chris Thompson was my tech and he was great!! Very informative and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary stuff! Good dude.
