I chose Precision Garage door company based upon their internet ads and the variety of services they offer. We needed a complete garage door service and overhaul because of the age of our door. Brian came on time and gave us several options to consider. His work was superior and it was obvious he had great skill and experience. The parts he used were the finest cables and rollers I have seen for this work. I know the work we received was excellent.

Kevin arrived in the expected time slot. He was very pleasant and helpful in discussing the differences in the 2 garage door openers we were considering. He was not a pushy salesman. He simply explained the attributes of each unit and let us decide. He also looked at the various coupons I had and selected the one that would save me the most money. Overall, a very good experience.

Installers Tim & Justin were both professional & personable. They explained everything they did & even programmed the garage door opener so it worked in my car! The new doors look wonderful & are so quiet (they replaced 35 yer old wooden doors!). Highly recommend Precision Doors as well as Tim & Justin.

Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.

Andrew arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He noted that prior repairs from a competitor were substandard. He corrected those issues, plus some others in timely fashion. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
