I had my garage door examined and after a discussion with the technician, decided to have it completely over-hauled which resulted in it performing like brand new. I chose Precision based on their availability and compatibility to my own time schedule. The technician (Josh B.) was early and called to inform me he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked extremely fast. I was briefed on what needed to be done and presented with various options to choose from without any pressure to pick any particular option. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to any of my friends.

Units should come with 2 remotes. A customer is already spending alot of money to be charged even more for on extra remote for garage door. Mike was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well.

I had an outstanding service rep. While thinking I needed a new garage door opener, he showed me how my door itself needed maintenance, and how it was causing severe strain on the opener. While we replaced the sprocket assembly, the door itself needed big time maintenance. He was very polite, communicated well, took the time to explain and give me options. Great experience...and I will definitely call Precision in the future...would love to work with the same rep again. (Michael) Thank you!
