Your Service Technician (Jeremy) is very helpful and answered all of my questions. What you SHOULD do is to make sure your call center employees provide as much information as possible prior to a service call. For example, I needed a new rubber gasket on my garage door. It turns out that a new metal strip had to be installed before the gasket could be attached. Before I knew it my cost was almost $300.00. Homeowners do NOT like surprises.

I had my garage door examined and after a discussion with the technician, decided to have it completely over-hauled which resulted in it performing like brand new. I chose Precision based on their availability and compatibility to my own time schedule. The technician (Josh B.) was early and called to inform me he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked extremely fast. I was briefed on what needed to be done and presented with various options to choose from without any pressure to pick any particular option.
