On Saturday my garage door spring broke. I had a doctors appointment scheduled for Monday morning that I have been waiting for 6 months and if I had to cancel it would have been another 6-12 months before I could get rescheduled. My daughter called Precision because she had the same thing happen to her door in December. She thought the service was so great that she wanted me to have the same experience. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday and I was relieved that I was going to be able to make my appointment. It turned out that a technician could come out the same day which was even better. It was almost 9pm when the job was completed. As an elderly person, I was so impressed and grateful that I received such amazing service.

Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. I will call them again--if needed.
