I was very pleased with the service I received. The technician was very friendly, courteous, and explained everything he was doing as well as answered my questions. Besides replacing my broken spring, he explained why other parts would soon need repair and presented me with options that would be most cost effective. The work was done quickly and I am very satisfied.

I found the original service technician to be helpful and friendly as he advised me to the safest and best priced options for replacing a irrepairable garage door. I had a little difficulty getting straight answers about a 20% coupon for the door installation but after a few days, the coupon was honored and the door was installed professionally by Troy.
