We are very satisfied with the work that Andrew performed on our door. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his duties. He installed new springs, cables, drums and rollers. Josh B. came to repair broken spring, but with his vast knowledge of his job, he showed me several things that were wore out on both of my doors and ended up rebuilding both of them. He should get a raise in pay, this man really knows his stuff.

Our experience was pretty terrible with this company. After two months from the time of the order, we have garage doors installed and they look good and work well, but are not exactly what we had ordered. Our order was actually messed up a couple different times. The technician was fabulous, but the office staff were not super helpful and messed up the order at least one of the times.

Looked them up in phone book. The first time they came out the gentleman was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He was here on time, for me that is a plus. There was a sticker left by my opener, so the next time I called and made an appointment for same day. They arrived thirty minutes early which was great, and even called first to make sure that was alright. They are a great company and will use them anytime for my garage door.

Overall a 5. Performed garage door repair. Parts were under warranty, so no charge for parts. Discount on service call for being repeat customer a helpful bonus in the checkbook!. In and out, on time, looks good.
