Our son accidentally hit our garage door at our new house with his car and damaged it. We had used Precision before at our previous home and had a good experience. They came out promptly. I used Precision Garage Door Service because my son in law used them and told me they were professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and fixed his problem. I requested service this morning and Precision was on site same morning. Matt did a good job. Matt was courteous and professional and fixed our problems. Mostly importantly Matt's attitude was problem solving and he did not give up figuring out our problems then fixed them. Applying your standard service call fee to my bill as a credit if the repair was over $100 tells me your are confident in your work and fair to customers. Committing to being on site same day also tells me your are committed to your customers.

Great communication when I called (Jennifer?). Quick service, Tech called in advance as promised and arrived w/in sceduled time. Teddy was great, very thorough inspection. Broken spring was obvious but also found worn cable and bearings. Had all required parts on the truck and completed repairs. Door now in great shape. Teddy was professional & personable, a good guy.

Precision Door responds extremely fast. They usually send their technician the same day or the day after. Their technicians and administrative staff are very courteous, professional and go the extra mile to make sure that all of one's concerns are answered. They installed a new motor on one garage door as well as the springs on both door; they also installed a keypad and changed the rubber strips at the bottom of the doors. I have been pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I had good things about you and, researching your website and other referrals, I decided to try you for installation of our two car and additional single car garage doors and one motor for the two car door. We have been so impressed with the insulation properties of the doors and the quiet performance of the Genie door opener that, when we decided to get the single car door opener replaced this year along with an annual tune up of both doors, we didn't look anyplace else. Owen, the technician, was extremely courteous and highly skilled and neat. Everything looks and operates wonderfully. Thanks a second time, Precision Door!

Garage door spring broke and left us unable to open the door. I was able to schedule an appointment and same day, RJ was out to perform the fix. He was on time, courteous and thorough. I felt well informed when he reviewed the estimate for replacing the spring and a few other items that he brought to my attention. Your service representative, Corey Ellis came to the house at the scheduled time, listened to our needs, gave us pamphlets and answered our questions, measured our garage door openings, and then calculated the projected cost for the doors. We originally called Precision based on a neighbor’s referral because the keypad wasn’t working properly. Orlando examined it and also reviewed and/or tested the various garage door components. There was no “hard sell“, simply a demonstration that the springs were pretty worn and we decided they needed replacing as well. Orlando was very patient and thorough answering all of our questions. He did a great job!

Quick response. Although the problem with the noise as door raised did not happen while Andrew was here, we took care of some maintenance and replaced the springs. Have a plan of what to do next if noise returns. Andrew was very thorough and offered some options to consider on our aging garage door opening system. We ar we starting with the springs.
