Nate installed door and opener quickly and accurately. It seems he knows his profession. He is friendly and helpful. So everything was done great. I would recommend to provide short instructions how to set up remotes, if you have them, please e-mail (just in case)

Ryan reviewed the situation and decided that a new wall control was necessary. He replaced the unit, it worked for a minute and then didn't. He replaced the wire and checked again. It has worked several times so I'm sure it is AOK. He proceeded to check the various other working parts of the GCO and checked everything related to the GD and the workings of the opener. Success! We were having intermittent trouble with our garage door and when Ryan D. came out to troubleshoot, he not only found the primary cause, but took the time to provide very detailed customer education. We not only clearly understood the issue, but now have a much better understanding of how our garage door should work. Ryan offered several solutions to update our garage door components. We chose to go with the full replacement of everything except the door. We had no clue how big a difference a precision balanced garage door system would make. The door is now so smooth and quiet my dogs don’t know when it opens or closes. With the added benefits of the wireless connectivity, app access, battery backup, and security we could not be happier! Working with Precision is absolutely the best garage door service experience we’ve every had. I would highly recommend them if you want the best service and support for your garage door.

Drew, our technician, arrived early and quickly assessed the door’s issues; Door misaligned due to cable coming off track, weak spring, aging rollers, etc. He provided different levels of repairs and estimated costs. The repairs were made within his estimated time frame and the door and opener are now working. Drew is very knowledgeable and was at ease explaining the operation and problems associated with the door. In short, Drew was informed, friendly and professional.

Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.
