From start to finish the service we received at Precision was excellent. I scheduled an appointment through the live chat on their website which was so easy. I was able to get same day service. Our technician, Drew called with his ETA, he was prompt, courteous, professional, neat and thorough. Could not have asked for a nicer guy. I looked on the Angie's List site for businesses that performed what I needed; a new spring for my garage door. I called the number at the top of the list, it had the most reviews. After explaining what I needed, the lady said she scheduled a technician to come between 12 and 3:00. In less than 20 minutes I received a call and the technician said he would be here in about 20 minutes. He arrived in about 15. My situation was a bit bit extreme in that the actual door is clad with decorative wood which adds to the weight. For brevity, I'm not going to describe all that needed to be done. Technician installed new springs that would do the job and completed the task in good time. He did a great job on a difficult problem.

The opener stopped working. Our grandkids were over and apparently stepped on some wires that we did not notice. We called at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and they sent Nick to fix the problem. He was at our home within a hour and diagnosed and repaired. Very happy with the service as well as the amount charged.

We were very happy with the work done by Andrew of Precision Doors. This is the second time he has done repairs for us — the first time the garage door needed repairs, and this time we needed a new garage door opener. Both times he did a clean, high-quality job, leaving the garage door and opener in better shape than when the house was new. We were particularly pleased that Andrew made some changes to the supports of the garage door opener so the new one is much more firmly attached than the original one that came with the house. We would not hesitate to refer Precision Doors to our friends and family.

Precision Door did a great job fixing the broken spring on my door. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and pair done within a little over an hour. He also showed me that some bearings on my door support rod were worn out and he gave me a fair quote to replace them, so he did that as well. Very friendly and polite technician. I will definitely use Precision Door again.

I found myself held hostage by a broken garage door spring and based on reviews decided to call Precision. The service we received was exceptional from the time we called to Josh showing up to help us out. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick. He provided several options to fix the door as well as answered my questions to ensure that I was making a well informed decision. As it turned out, our cables were beginning to sever and our rollers were grinding as well. I will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends who need their service.

We were very pleased with the service & fair price we were given with Precision. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Even my husband was impressed! We called for a broken spring, and also had our rollers replaced. We would highly recommend Precision & will use them again if needed. My ONLY concern/advise was please call them directly rather than contact online. We had a bit of a hiccup and ended up calling a couple days later & therefore got serviced right away.
