Definitely made the right choice! Garage door wouldn’t close on its own so thought I had a busted sensor. Ryan came out to replace the sensor but no luck. He tried every possible piece of the puzzle before confirming it was an electrical issue on the opener itself. I really appreciated the thoroughness before deciding a new opener was needed. Ryan laid out my options and was not pushy at all. This company is very cost competitive and probably even cost saving if you have a mailer coupon. I will use them again when inevitably my other 25year old opener kicks it. First time in over a year we can click a button instead of holding it down. Should have called sooner!

I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days.
