Precision was very easy to work with. I called the office and received friendly, helpful advice. I ordered two new garage door openers. The company stayed in touch to let me know when the installer would be arriving; there was a delay but Precision offered options to help. Our technician was friendly, efficient, and made sure we knew how to operate our system. The belt drive opener is extremely quiet - we were very pleased!

Technician Andrew was very professional and polite . Called in advance before the arrival . He was able to fix the garage door under the warranty without any hassle . Recommended appropriate repairs on the smaller garage door which I agreed to and he took care of it as well . He had all the parts on the truck . Work was performed in a timely fashion. Very happy with his work and company . Best garage door company I have ever used Highly recommend it !!

Mike was our service guy and he did a great job and was very fast. Due to conditions (big snow day) it took 2 days for them to get out. Very professional website and customer service team.
