My spring on my garage door broke at about 7:00 pm on Thursday evening when we heard a bang. We looked around for the source of the noise to no avail. The next morning I discovered it when I tried to open the door. I called Precision due to my previous experience with them. They were able get a tech out to fix the door the same day and the work was done correctly and by a very friendly tech. Aaron called before he arrived and he actually arrived a bit before the scheduled appointment. He worked efficiently and since it was cold he brought all materials into the garage at once to alleviate having to open the other garage door more that necessary. It was another great experience with a bad situation. Thank you:>)

Aaron was very polite, professional & patient. He gave a courtesy call to inform he was on his way & arrived within the time frame he had mentioned. He was very knowledgeable of the product(s) & sincere with his input. He answered every question we had and was respectful of us, as customers, and also of our home. One of the things that stood out about his personality was how easy going he is & how he was willing to take a minute of his time to carry a conversation with our two little kids. That in itself speaks volume of who he is as a person and also how he's able to relate well with customers... He is the one we will be requesting anytime we need help. Josh came within the time frame. He was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my garage opener. He knew exactly what was wrong - the spring broke. I thought it was the cable that came off the pulley. He fixed it in a timely manner. He also adjusted my light in my garage opener and lose wiring. Josh did an excellent job!
