Josh came within the time frame. He was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my garage opener. He knew exactly what was wrong - the spring broke. I thought it was the cable that came off the pulley. He fixed it in a timely manner. He also adjusted my light in my garage opener and lose wiring. Josh did an excellent job!

I was very happy with Eric for fixing the door before I had to leave for work and for an extra perk he put a brace on the door where I had run into it not once , not twice, but three times! Service was performed very timely as promised when order was taken. Travis was very cordial and attentive to the problem with the springs. He also identified corroded and defective rollers that I was unaware of as being a problem. Would use them again and will definitely call for a quote when a new door or other service is required.

Josh did a good job explaining the difference between the chain drive opener we ordered and a better belt drive. Installation went well, he programmed both of our car remotes and the new keypad. Also took the time to discuss the spring system on our door that was installed in 2010, and the issues we may incur. Will decide what action we may take.

My garage door was working intermittently and I suggested that the capacitor was giving trouble. The technician thought the motor was probably playing up which I thought was unlikely. Glad I pushed the point as it was indeed the capacitor which was leaking. Anyway, the job was done speedily although the technician didn't seem too happy. When I asked where one could purchase a capacitor in future I received an abrupt, I don't know. Same response when I asked where his company purchased them from. Seems like they were looking for a quick buck and weren't interested in too much conversation when it appeared it would be a quick job. Speedy service but remain on your toes..

Hi Carl, Thank you for the review. I have spoken with the Technician to make sure he will be more aware of how he is perceived. Customer Service and experience is very important to us. The technician really wouldn't know where we get the parts. We get them from the manufacturer, or a dealer that wouldn't sell to the general public.
