Andrew was prompt and polite and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the circuit board in the motor unit and then helped us program the car remotes. He checked the doors and replaced a frayed cable under warranty. He also made sure we used all the coupons available. Precision is user-friendly and we will continue to call on them.
