I contacted Precision because a spring had broken on my door. FIRST off - I was thrilled to have called at 12:30 PM on a Friday and have a technician at my house by 2:10 PM (well within the 2 - 4 pm window). My thought was that I was just going to have the spring replaced. When Andrew arrived at my home, I was at once put at ease by his professional appearance and demeanor. Andrew examined my door carefully and showed me clearly the evidence of wear on various moving parts (the cables, the pulleys, the rollers) that indicated that it would be in my better interest to have the door fully refurbished. Although it was more than I had planned on doing and the cost was greater than my plan, having the whole matter resolved in a single visit really motivated me to go with the refurbished service. Andrew then quickly and efficiently completed the service I'd requested. Finally, knowing that these moving parts, on a key feature of my home, are warranteed for as long as I own my home is an added bonus. I highly recommend Precision and Andrew.
