The website was a great factor in my decision-making. After checking the website I was impressed with your advertising along with positive comments, I called Precision. Vicki was real nice. Corey took a time to write down the details about the spring and bearings which I truly appreciated. I paid $379.00 instead of $145.00 to replace one spring. However, Corey pointed out that the door required two springs because of the door size. Also, three new bearings were added instead of two on ends. Generally, I am satisfied with the service.
