Your web site listed each technician with a photo which was helpful in identifying Corey when he came. Having a short history of our tech was also helpful. The opener needed replacement because of a power surge during a thunder storm. The Liftmaster belt drive opener we chose to replace with is quiet and the lifetime warrantee was a selling point. The technician did a good job and was finished with the whole job in little more than one hour. I would recommend Precision to neighbors.

I really like the new door; it is so quiet compared to the old wooden one! The gentlemen who removed our old door and installed the new one were polite, efficient and tidy. After a serious fumble by a competitor, I called Precision and they stepped up to the plate. They were able to schedule me next day, sent an email confirmation letting me know which technician to expect, were on time, provided great customer service, quick and quality intsall, oriented me to the units, noticed some possible deficiencies in my exisiting garage doors, and let me know they can help if those deificiencies ever fail. Great company, great products, and great people. I highly recommend Precision and will definitely call them first next time I have a need.
