Ryan showed up promptly when he said he would be there and gave me some very useful information regarding my garage door and opener. Things that I would never have known otherwise. This will help me make future decisions about replacing springs and rollers. As it turned out, my problem was not the opener but rather a circuit breaker that went offline during a thunderstorm. Ryan was able to pinpoint that for me. Thanks for the great service.
