Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with Geoffrey during a service call at our house. 2. Geoffrey impressed me as a decent, honest with an amicable attitude. He came on time. He listened to my problem. He reviewed the situation. He came across to me as a very knowledgeable professional. Excellent work, timely, and professional. Good attitude. After fixing the primary problem asked if there were any other problems to resolve. Went above and beyond by fixing a couple of other minor issues before leaving. Took the time to ensure proper operation and answer any questions I had.

Ryan was awesome! He called ahead of time to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and will be coming in 20 minutes. He got to our house an hour earlier than scheduled. He explained everything to me and what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend Precision to my neighbors and to ask for RYAN!

Although a smaller repair job ended up being a much bigger issue once diagnosed, we appreciated the tact and professionalism of the service technician when it was conveyed. He really made us feel comfortable that he was not trying to "take our money" but that in the long run repairing not only the broken spring but additional door components (bearing kit etc.) would serve us for many more years to come.
