Your web site listed each technician with a photo which was helpful in identifying Corey when he came. Having a short history of our tech was also helpful. The opener needed replacement because of a power surge during a thunder storm. The Liftmaster belt drive opener we chose to replace with is quiet and the lifetime warrantee was a selling point. The technician did a good job and was finished with the whole job in little more than one hour. I would recommend Precision to neighbors.
