I had my entire garage door and track and electrical replaced. The technician Tim Whitlow was absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough safety checklist on my door and operating systems and he explained everything to me in detail. He gave me lots of options of doors and colors to pick from. And himself, and the company was able to deal with my insurance in a fast and practical manner and give my insurance all the documentation that they needed. I highly highly recommend. My keypad wasn’t working so I called Precision based on reviews online. I was given an appointment for next day but was called with an opening later same day. Pat was the technician. He was personable and explained things clearly. I told him that my door was wonky when it opened and closed and he explained why that happened and gave me 3 options to consider to remedy the problem. I chose one of the options and got a new keypad and cables and wheels. The visit and the work was completed in under 2 hrs. I would recommend Precision for any garage door problem.
