Tech came out and did an honest assessment and gave me options. When the cost of the motor was higher than I could afford, they do allow me to purchase my own unit and install it for me, which this tech did. He did a great job, the garage door looks and sounds brand new to us.

Blayke was our technician and he did a very thorough job of pointing out the various repairs we needed on the door, and giving us options on how to proceed. He ended up adding a few parts without cost just because he found they were needed, which was very nice. Perhaps not the least expensive outfit in town, but they certainly do a good job. My garage door got quite the tune-up, which should delay the need for future work quite a bit.

Tony arrive on time and even called when he got to the driveway so I could put my dog away. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Tony walked me through the problem and the parts that needed to be replaced. He did not pressure me, but gave recommendations when asked.
