But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed

Eric arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable on the process. He clearly explained the defects on my garage door and gave me multiple options to choose from to have it repaired. He was an excellent technician. Repairs were quick and he made sure he tested everything before departure. I placed the contact sticker on the interior of the door as I will be calling Precision over any other company I've used so far. Very impressed with their service.
