The nice lady who answered scheduled me same (within hours) day. I received. Nice informative text when the service guy was on his way. Drew couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed me how the logic boards were deteriorating and how the door wasn’t functioning at full capacity. He gave me options for each part of the repair/new parts. And he finished it all that day!

The service was excellent, from the initial call to the repair. The phone call could not have been more empathetic and kind. They helped get an appointment the same day, and called to tell me a more concise time window. Eric the repairman was on time and was a great help to understand the issues with our garage door. Brandon was very courteous and observed quarantine precautions. He gave a very thorough assessment of the deficiencies, due to age and wear, in the parts of my garage door. He replace the springs and rollers. Previous owner had jerry-rigged the door and bent several hinges which Brandon. He also replaced the bottom door seal. I feel very confident with the 5 year warranty on all of the new replaced parts. I am very glad I chose Precision.

Nick Zatkoff and his assistant (forgot his name!) were extremely helpful and accomplished the removal of our busted opener and the installation of the new unit. Their cleanup - with a blower - left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Their rating w/b 5 Star!

Nate installed door and opener quickly and accurately. It seems he knows his profession. He is friendly and helpful. So everything was done great. I would recommend to provide short instructions how to set up remotes, if you have them, please e-mail (just in case)

Brandon was our service professional. Couldn't ask for better service. We told him what we needed. He went out and reviewed everything came back with an estimate and options for us. He was very thorough in explaining each option and then gave us time to discuss and review. We gave him our choice and he went to work. When he was done we went out to the garage and he showed us what he did and how to work new opener. If we need anything further I will definitely ask for Brandon and would refer everyone to Precision and to ask for Brandon

After they determine that mo opener is not repairable, they gave me an estimate of lift master 8500W for $975 ( $487 online price with free shipping) and $160 labor! Doubling the cost of material is extremely unfair to the customers.
Hi Alex, While it troubles me you were not satisfied with our service, the price we charge is based on the total expense of the service. While there may be a random handyman that might install it for $160, there are no companies in our area that will. I wanted your review to be a valuable tool for us, so I reached out to multiple other companies in the area to confirm my thoughts. While we were not the cheapest, we certainly weren't out of line. I had a motor burn out in one of our old chain drive garage door openers and decided to have both of our openers replaced with belt drive openers with WiFi monitoring. The new openers are fantastic. They are very quiet, and it's nice to be able to receive an alert when one of the doors is accidentally left open. I had Precision do the install, and service technicians Kevin and Antoine came out and did a great job. Very happy with the service I received.

Kevin was great. He came out to do a repair (a member of my household backed into the door while it was still going up) and after discussing all the options it made more sense to replace the door. He was thorough and explained all the options. He even pulled my trash cans back up the driveway for me.

Ryan reviewed the situation and decided that a new wall control was necessary. He replaced the unit, it worked for a minute and then didn't. He replaced the wire and checked again. It has worked several times so I'm sure it is AOK. He proceeded to check the various other working parts of the GCO and checked everything related to the GD and the workings of the opener. Success!
