That was appreciated. Had he pressured this would have been our last service, but didn't do we will use Precision in the future.

We had an emergency where the door tension spring broke. It only took 1/2 hour for your tech to assess the problem, and he fixed it quickly and even remounted the garage door opener which had twisted on its supports. Great service and the door works like a dream.
