We have used Precision in the past and happy with their service. We are also happy with today's service. Had a new garage door system including cables, etc installed. Works perfectly and is much quieter. Andrew S was here within the time frame he said he would be, presented us with options, and got to work immediately and finished when he said he would. He's very nice to talk to too. We would definately use him and Precision again.

Very pleasant experience. Josh was very knowledgeable and explain all options for our garage door opener! He didn't go right to the most expensive option first. We would definitely use them again, but hope we don't have to!

Andrew did a great job taking care of my problem with my garage door and not making me feel so rediculous for not figuring out how to fix it myself! Our garage door broke over the weekend and we called Precision on a Sunday. They were able to come out the very next day. Our service technician, Brandon, was awesome! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was friendly and courteous. He looked at the door then explained what needed fixed and why. He gave us options on parts and did everything he could to get us the best price. He had the door operational in about an hour. We chose Precision initially because of their reviews and they were spot on. Awesome service! Thank you!

Today Kevin came out and gave me a thorough inspection of my garage door and garage door opener I originally called about a keypad and garage remote control openers he was very professional and gave me detailed recommendations and explained to me everything that he found and made suggestions in the end he successfully put a receiver on my old garage door opener with new keypad and two remotes successfully I will be calling precision garage doors for any future services Kevin represented your company well thank you

When I called, the scheduler immediately got me on the schedule that same day which was great. Ben called when he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he indicated. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He repaired the broken spring as well as some other components that were going bad. It wasn't long before he had things back up and running. He did a great job and I would call Precision again in the future.
