I just recently purchased our home when one of the springs on the garage door broke. Vladimir was our service agent. He was very courteous, professional. I didn't know if there was ever preventative maintenance on the door but it needed more than springs. The repair only took 30 minutes and now it runs more efficiently and smoothly. Thank you Vladimir and Precision Door!!!!

Of course, the problem of the door not shutting did not occur when the technician was trying to fix it, but he really seemed to believe me and tried many times to get it to happen. He did lubricate everything and did some adjustments though so maybe it won't happen again! Since the spring is 25 years old, I chose to replace it while he was here. Really appreciate his kindness and that he worked so hard on my door.

Had to have a broken torsion spring replaced. I called around 11am and was scheduled for 4:00 the same day. Andrew called and said he was ahead of schedule so he could come a little earlier... he actually waited about 10 mins for me. Really good guy. Explained what he was going to do before hand, I was given options and aprox 1/2hr later, I was operating again. The door is balanced well and is quieter than its been in 10 yrs. I highly recommend!!!

The technician (Mike) was very attentive and knowledgeable and professional. So, excellent work by him. I did have an issue that the dispatcher that took my call seemed much less knowledgeable and that even though I stated that I had a door that was larger than normal with an 8-ft tall opening, she indicated that the special for 2-spring replacement was applicable to me and my situation. I had no idea that the springs covered by the special were inappropriate for my garage door until that was explained by your technician onsite. I felt that I was misled either intentionally or due to lack of knowledge by your sales rep.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Thank you very much for your quick help in this situation!!!

I had an issue with the rollers on our garage door track. I called Precision at around 3:30p.m. and they had someone to my house by 6:00p.m. the same day. Vladimir was very professional. I had a broken spring and the bearing kit was very worn. He discussed what the issues were and I had them fixed. There was no pressure, but a complete explanation of the issues. My door works much better-no weird noises or hesitation. Very satisfied with the work that was done.
