Eli was prompt and did a good job. My issue is he wanted to charge us $1,600 to replace several things. I found that a little suspicious bc our friend had just had your company come out to fix his garage door spring and the tech told him the exact same thing and quoted $1,600 also. Seemed a little odd that both of us needed the EXACT same package. It was also odd bc he told me the spring had been replaced 4 times- but we didn’t use you before, so not sure where he came up with four times….. But nonetheless, he was on time, courteous and did a good job for the repair. So no issues with Eli…. But I think your business model is a little shady. Also, if I had a way to email you directly I would done that rather than through this site.

My problem, double door had a loud grinding noise on opening and closing was 90% resolved. After replacement of almost all parts, except for door, frame, and opener, opening and closing is still noisy. Representative Andrew was very courteous, professional , and helpful.

Precision Garage door was the one and only company that actually said, " We will have someone there this afternoon before 7 pm. They arrived well before 7 pm! In fact it was closer to 3 pm. My hat goes off to this company as well as Josh and his assistant who actually completed the repair. No doubt they were knowledgeable for their work. Josh actually took the time to show me the parts that needed to be replaced in addition to the broken springs which was the initial service call. He explained in detail the work and parts needed and allowed me to decide on the work needed and the parts to be replaced. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT

We chose Precision because of location and high ratings. It was easy to schedule online, but we also called the office and received a courteous, professional response. We appreciated the phone calls to check in and give us updates regarding arrival time. When Mike arrived, he was friendly and knowledgeable. My service call was for two brackets which attached two panels together that were broken on the garage door. The technician Ben was very professional in fixing the brackets as well as pointed out other parts that should be replace eventually. He gave me a few options, starting with the most critical to the more minor repairs. This allowed me to consider the costs and what I could afford at this time. There was no pressure, only an honest assessment of what should be done in time to kept my garage door safe and operational. I can now budget and plan ahead to fix the garage door in phases. I definitely will call Precision Door Service when I can have the next phase of repairs completed. Ben was very patient in answering and explaining all of my questions.
