Mike arrived on time and got right to work. We knew the spring was broken, but when he removed the spring he also found some bearings that need to be fixed. Once the diagnosis was made and the estimate approved, he was able to complete the repair quickly. He didn't leave any empty parts packaging around and put everything back that he had moved. Our door works smoothly and easily. We are very happy with the repair.

I had a spring break on my garage door. I contacted Precision and the lady who answered was incredibly professional, polite and helpful. I told her there was no hurry, but I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Nick Z. Arrived early and was also incredibly polite and professional. He fixed the door quickly and with much higher quality parts than I had previously. Precision is my only garage door company from now on.

Very Good Service. The Tech was very Knowable about what he doing. After finishing up he cleaned up and then ask us if he could do any thing for us. He explained how everything works and help program our car remote systems. Very pleased with PRECISION Door Service. I did notice that I missed spelled Precision on the check I gave him, hope this doesn't cause any problem.

I accidentally hit and broke off the sensor so the door would not go up. I ended up purchasing a new opener which included new wall switch, keypad, and 2 remote openers. Ryan impressed me with his professional explanation of what was needed for my aging door and opener. He gave me three options for a new opener and door. I selected the middle range opener and will address a new door in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and the friendly and polite employee, Ryan. He is a stellar representative of your company. He deserves a gold star and a huge thumbs up for a job well done! Maybe a pay increase too?
