Austin came out to diagnose the garage door issues I was having (loud clanky noises, not opening all the way up). He did a great job of figuring out the issues, providing different options to fix/replace motor/parts and installing everything timely. He also helped me reprogram the garage door opener on my car. My experience was a great one. The gentleman knew exactly how to fix the problem and fixed it so fast. He was right on time. I really appreciated knowing something about him before he arrived. That’s a very nice thing to give to your customers. And when he got here there was something I could ask him about as we talked. It made the meeting a little more personable and I liked that. He is an asset to your company and you should plan on keeping him around. I hope if I need more work down the road on my door it will be him to come out.
